A large-scale commercial roof replacement on a building with several businesses operating underneath. As well as the roof, we replaced the wall cladding.
The roof is 0.55 BMT BB900 in unpainted ZINCALUME®, with COLORCOTE® MagnaFlow flashings in Slate around the exterior.
Where the client wanted natural light, we installed 2.2 mm Webglass translucent sheeting in the walls and over selected roof areas.
The job needed a lot of coordination to protect the businesses below. They kept operating throughout, with vehicles coming and going, so we planned the work around them.
